Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Exploitation Standards

At Under, we have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or harms children. We are strictly committed to maintaining a safe environment and upholding global standards regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Under strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, sharing, storing, or soliciting of:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in any form (images, videos, text, links, or generated media).
- Grooming behavior or predatory contact targeting minors.
- Sexually suggestive content involving minors.
- Trafficking or endangerment of children.
2. Prevention, Detection, and Moderation
To enforce our safety standards, Under implements active measures, including:
- Automated & Manual Reporting: Users can instantly report any post, message, or profile that violates safety standards using the in-app reporting tool.
- Content Moderation: Reported content is prioritized and reviewed immediately by our moderation team.
- Immediate Removal & Bans: Accounts found involved in CSAM/CSAE activities are permanently banned without prior notice, and all associated media is permanently deleted from public view.
3. Reporting to Law Enforcement
Under complies with international child protection laws. Upon identifying CSAM or child exploitation content:
- We immediately terminate the offending account and preserve relevant data required for legal proceedings.
- We report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement authorities where legally required.
